Voice volume is wrong

Possible causes

Local engineer gain, Android media volume and Discord member volume are separate controls.

Check in this order

  1. Identify which destination is too quiet/loud.
  2. For local voice, check Engineer volume and Android output volume.
  3. For Discord, check bot volume and console chat/game Audio Balance.

Safe corrective action

Adjust the control for the actual listening route, then repeat the relevant preview/test.

Verify recovery

The preview/test is audible at a comfortable level before driving.
