Real enough to use.
Still getting the last big pieces into shape.

LapMind is not publicly downloadable yet. I'm still using the private beta to close the things that matter before I invite more people in.

The core loop is real.

Drive, local Sessions, saved PlayStation profiles, Race Engineer, backup/import and the optional Discord Companion route are already part of the working app.

Saved laps can go back into Lab.

The normal flow is now Sessions → lap → Analyse → Track Lab. A saved local trace can reopen directly; the normal user does not need the diagnostics workflow.

Track Lab is settling into its beta shape.

The current V1 track set is Tsukuba Circuit, BB Raceway and High Speed Ring. I’m working through the rest one circuit at a time. The map-first phone UI, tablet layout and fullscreen analysis are already real; Track Lab stays experimental until the full experience is ready for beta.

Phone first. Tablet too.

The phone is the primary LapMind device. Tablet is not a separate product and not a stretched phone screenshot: wider layouts use the extra room where it helps.

The last stretch is mostly closure.

I have a 64-check pre-beta list. It is not 64 new features; it is mostly existing paths that need to be dependable enough to hand to other people.

64 checks. Not 64 features.

Free is not a beta perk.

LapMind is free. And I'm keeping it that way. No ads. No Pro tier. No subscription.
