Three tracks in. Many more to map.

The closer LapMind gets to beta, the less dramatic some of the work becomes. That is probably healthy.

The current V1 Track Lab set is Tsukuba Circuit, BB Raceway and High Speed Ring. I’m working through the rest one circuit at a time.

The Lab UI has changed too, but not because I added another feature. It has simply got quieter. The map gets the room. Follow stays close to the timeline. Mode and reference controls stay tucked away until they are useful.

On a bigger screen, the same idea spreads out instead of turning into a giant phone column.

High Speed Ring is also a useful reminder that this is no longer only a Tsukuba story.

The big job now is coverage, not another new button. I’m spending more time making what is already there feel obvious and dependable — and bringing more tracks into the same standard.

Sessions still opens the lap. The lap still opens in Lab. The data still stays local.

Next job: more tracks, fewer surprises.
