Why Race Finished became a barrier, not just a sentence

We saw a race-finished call arrive while a best-lap or fuel sentence was still waiting. The words were individually reasonable, but together they were wrong: once the race is over, old advice has no job left.

The beta now treats Race Finished as a terminal barrier. Semantic events keep their age and session context through the local and optional Discord output paths. Old, coalesced or terminal-context speech is dropped. The result is quieter, but more trustworthy.
