Why the first complete lap should win over a fragment

A trace can contain fragments, replay-like sections and a complete driven lap. Treating them as interchangeable makes the first view feel arbitrary.
Track Lab now lists complete laps and defaults to the first chronological complete LIVE lap, falling back only when no LIVE classification exists. If there is no complete lap, it says so plainly. This is a small interface decision, but it keeps the evidence boundary visible.
