Haptics are not felt

Possible causes

The master/child can be inactive, the device may not vibrate, or no supported Pit/Final event occurred.

Check in this order

  1. Check Alerts ON and the desired child.
  2. Use Preview event → Preview vibration.
  3. Check device vibration capability/system configuration.
  4. Final Lap applies to fixed-lap races; Pit needs a qualified ≤1.10-lap estimate.

Safe corrective action

Use manual preview before driving, and enable the automatic settings you intend. Voice does not need to be ON.

Verify recovery

Preview is felt on the actual device; real-event validation remains a separate naturally triggered observation.
