Fuel laps remaining is unavailable
Possible causes
The estimator needs accepted lap consumption; refuelling or affected laps can delay a useful estimate.
Check in this order
- Check that fuel data exists.
- Complete suitable consecutive laps.
- Allow learning after refuelling and do not treat an out/in lap as a clean fuel sample.
- Compare the estimate state with missing data, not a zero-fuel assumption.
Safe corrective action
Continue normal safe driving to obtain eligible consumption evidence; do not invent a manual estimate in the app.
Verify recovery
Fuel laps appears when the model has usable samples. Real fuel strategy still requires your judgment.
