My personal Discord account has not joined

Possible causes

LapMind connects only its bot; it does not join your personal account on PlayStation or another device.

Check in this order

  1. Use your own account with access to the private server.
  2. Open the same server and normal voice channel on the listening device.
  3. On PS5 use the console guide’s linking/join procedure.

Safe corrective action

Join with the personal account, then choose Test voice in LapMind.

Verify recovery

Your account and bot are both in the intended channel; hear the phrase.

If these checks do not explain or resolve the symptom, prepare focused feedback or email support@lap-mind.com. Include version, device, console, approximate time, settings and expected versus observed behaviour. Do not include tokens, real console IPs or private captures in a public report. Agree a private evidence transfer first.
