Symptom

Bot is muted or chat balance hides it

Possible causes

Console/member mute, low volume or audio balance can hide a working voice stream.

Check in this order

  1. Check the bot in the console voice-chat member list.
  2. Check member volume and mute.
  3. Check Audio Balance, headset output and whether party chat is competing.

Safe corrective action

Adjust the console’s intended listening controls and rerun Test voice at rest.

Verify recovery

Both GT7 audio and the locked test phrase are audible through the chosen output.
