Symptom

Export capture is disabled

Possible causes

Recording/stopping or absence of a usable local capture keeps export unavailable.

Check in this order

  1. Stop recording and wait for completion.
  2. Read status and confirm a usable existing capture.
  3. Export a needed capture before starting another one.

Safe corrective action

Use Export capture only after it becomes enabled, then choose the share/file destination.

Verify recovery

A local file/share action completes explicitly. A disabled export is not proof a hidden upload occurred.
